Family mediation is a process for managing conflicts arising within a family, carried out by the figure of a mediator, a specialist in this type of crisis (psychologist, social worker ...) impartial professional. The aim of mediation is to reach consensual decisions and fair agreements for the benefit of all parties involved in the conflict. For this, the mediator offers assistance and guidance to family members affected by the crisis, facilitating dialogue and communication to achieve a negotiation between all of the most harmonious way possible, avoiding emotionally harm the most vulnerable members of the family as the children.
