What is a dermolipectomy?

The dermolipectomy is an operation to correct the excess of fat and skin of any area of the body: belly, legs, arms, buttocks, etc. This allows tonicity to return to the treated area. There are different types of dermolipectomy: minidermolipectomy (when excess fat and skin are not so important) or dermolipectomy (if excess fat and skin are already more important).
