Los 180€ peor invertidos de mi vida: 2 minutos, radiografía y ecografía en mano y no me dio ningún diagnóstico. "Pides cita para hacerte una resonancia y pides cita el lunes para que te vea un experto". ¡Estafa total! Para tirar el dinero lo doy a la beneficencia.

Estimada paciente Siento no haber cubierto sus expectativas Si le cobraron 180 €, le ruego reclame en la consulta la devolución de 30 €, porque la consulta son 150 €.... le han cobrado de más ? La radiografía y la Ecografía aportada por usted son normales. Diagnostico tras pruebas de imagen: Muñeca normal....sin patología. La exploración clínica no fue definitiva, motivo por el cual necesitamos más pruebas diagnósticas para definir con precisión el posible diagnóstico y aplicar el tratamiento adecuado, si es que es necesario, y no precipitarnos en aplicar un tratamiento incorrecto. Revise su reloj, atrasa seguro... Le dediqué bastante más tiempo y le di todo tipo de explicaciones, que por lo que deduzco de sus comentarios, debieron ser insuficientes, intentaré ser más claro con mis explicaciones a partir de ahora con los pacientes que sigan acudiendo a nuestra consulta. A pesar de mis más de 60 años y más de 30 de experiencia, debo seguir aprendiendo y rectificando para mejorar cada día. Espero que el traumatólogo que la atienda en lo sucesivo sea mucho más claro y resolutivo. Gracias por no volver más a nuestra consulta.

Acudí a realizar una consulta sobre el estado de mi muñeca, aportando radiografía y ecografía. El doctor, no me dio diagnóstico alguno, dijo que no podía decirme nada que si quería, tendría que volver con una resonancia y regresar. En 2 minutos me largó. Los 180€ peor invertidos

El Doctor es muy seco, casi rudo. No explica nada a no ser que preguntes, y aún así responde como si le molestara la pregunta. La enfermera me entregó un volante, yo no entendí qué estaba escrito y pregunté qué había de hacer y me contestó: lo que pone ahí.

Me parece un poco excesivo el tratamiento y la petición de datos personales. Te los piden en recepción y luego escribirlos en papel. Te hacen perder el tiempo con la repetición. De la consulta en sí, no tuve conexión con el médico en una consulta que no llegó ni a 5 minutos.

Estuve 50 minutos esperando (me citaron a la misma hora que a otra señora) para que me dedicara menos de cinco minutos y para me dijera únicamente que me hiciera una resonancia y además con cierta desgana. La enfermera fue bastante antipática con los que estábamos esperando.
