No me solucionó el problema;me mando al psicólogo y sólo estuve media hora.

Lamentablemente aún hay personas que creen que todos sus problemas, ansiedades y miedos se van a solucionar con medicación y no creen en la terapia psicológica. Los medicamentos antidepresivos y ansiolíticos tienen sus riesgos y solo hay que utilizarlos si es estrictamente necesario. Y más cuando hay patologías asociadas que también llevan medicación y pueden interactuar unas con otras. Puedes decir que no te gustó mi diagnóstico o mi plan terapéutico pero no puedes decir que mi trato no fue apropiado. Yo trato a todos mis pacientes con respeto y profesionalidad como puedes apreciar en las más de 100 opiniones verificadas de esta plataforma. En nuestra primera visita estuvimos una hora y en la segunda estuvimos media hora porque ya te había explicado todo lo que había que explicar. Lo que no mencionas es que esa segunda visita (en tu caso) no te la cobré porque vi que no podía ayudarte. Es más, por las circunstancias de tu caso te di mi Whatsapp en la primera visita (cosa que no hago por obvias razones con otros pacientes). Espero que encuentres la ayuda psicológica que necesitas. No me prestó mucha atención y me mandó directamente a un psicólogo. Tiempo que estuve en la consulta 10 min.

Yo presto toda la atención a mis pacientes. Cuando la patología, a mi modo de ver y con mi experiencia, puede beneficiarse sobretodo de un buen tratamiento psicológico, lo mas conveniente para el paciente es aprovecharse de ese tratamiento. La persona mas indicada para estos tratamientos cognitivo conductuales es un profesional de la Psicología . Estos profesionales, afortunadamente entran dentro del cuadro médico de la mayoría de compañías aseguradoras y el psiquiatra en estos casos no proporciona estos tratamientos. Seguro que fueron más de diez minutos y el tiempo que se dedica a los pacientes depende del estado de gravedad y complejidad de la patología. En cualquier caso no hay más que ojear las opiniones y valoraciones en esta y otras webs para llegar a la conclusion de que para mi mis pacientes y su estado de salud mental es lo primero. Siento que la consulta no haya sido de su agrado pero igual después del tratamiento psicológico piense usted diferente. Afortunadamente no todas las enfermedades mentales se tratan simplemente con medicación. Un saludo
