Tenia cita a las 17,40 horas, me visito el doctor a las 19,30 horas casi dos horas mas tarde de la hora que me habian dado. La persona que estaba en recepcion no te sabia dar explicacion del motivo del retraso. Horrible.

Tengo que pedirle disculpas por el desastre de la consulta del otro dia. Era mi primer dia de consulta despues de las vacaciones y fue un desproposito con 50% de pacientes extra. Es uno de los motivos que mas stress me genera pero en una consulta de hospital con call-center y multiples secretarias y despues de 4 semanas cerrada es imposible evitar que te citen visitas de más en contra de mis indicaciones. Hace años que insisto en que no me pueden poner tantas visitas pero lo aseguro que no soy responsable de ese lio que se montó el jueves. En fin, no quiero molestar mas, insistir en las disculpas y tengo que reconducir este asunto en nuestro centro para evitar este desagradable problema para todos. Sobre todo para el paciente, pero tambien para mi

Gracias por el comentario. Creo que siempre debemos escuchar a los pacientes. Es la mejor forma de obtener el diagnostico del problema con eso
