Honradez en el diagnóstico. No recomienda la operación en un oído porque la ganancia no sería sustancial. Recomienda audífono en un sólo oído y previene que las empresas especializadas sugerirán dos. Además indica que hay que pedir a la empresa elegida poder probar el audífono.
