Pliegue retiniano por tracción vitreo macular

English below Paciente con tracción vítreo-macular que provoca pliegue retiniano con afectación macular. Se realiza vitrectomía 23g. Tinción del vítreo con triamcinolona y eliminación de la tracción. A continuación se realiza tinción de la membrana limitante interna mediante azul Brillant Peel y se procede al peeling de la misma. Por último se aplana el pliegue macular mediante suave masaje con la punta de silicona. Se finaliza la cirugía mediante intercambio aire-gas SF6 20%.
