Personal antipático. Mal sistema de avisos, pues te obliga a conservar el número de turno durante toda la consulta. Una vez que te han aplicado el dilatador de pupila es imposible leer nada en los monitores y los letreros en las puertas.

Buenas tardes. Siento mucho que tuviese esa percepción sobre la amabilidad del personal de la clinica. Siempre intentamos mejorar para que la experiencia del paciente sea la más satisfactoria posible.La ley actual de protección de datos obliga a un sistema de este tipo para avisar al paciente en sala de espera (en nuestro caso, un aviso tanto visual en pantalla como auditivo por megafonía), en cualquier caso comprendemos que no todo el mundo tiene capacidad para atender a este sistema y si no entra al avisarle acudimos a llamarle en persona.Muchas gracias por su opinión y un saludo
