Ending chronic pain

The pain techniques are those that aim to combat chronic pain , that is, the one that persists for more than three months and is not relieved by the usual treatments recommended by the family doctor or by the specialist in question.. It is very important not to let ' chronify' the pain, since then it becomes more difficult to treat it.
