Our dynamic suspension technique for buttock implant pockets has forever changed the way we manage buttock implant surgery. The concept is a muscle sling of both buttock muscles against each other resulting in bilateral stabilization. The concept of two pillars stabilizing each other is similar to the architecture of an arabic arch, hence we have named is "Arabic Arch Suture Suspension".
