In this case the patient had a BBL elsewhere and the problem was that the liposuction was not done low enough, there is still too much fat in the waist area and the grafting has been too high. In this case, the buttocks look a little bit square and very bulgy instead of having a nice curve down, so what we do in these cases is basically to redistribute the fatgrafting to the lower hips and then the patient gets a more pleasant appearance, that means a longer and slimmer waist and rounded hips.

Where do we take the fat for Brazilian Butt Lift?
Ideally, we want to take it out of what we call the 360 zone, that means 360º working along the whole torso, the lower abdomen, the upper abdomen, the lower back and the upper back
That is the ideal case scenario because Brazilian Butt Lift is a volume exchange procedure, we want to remove unwanted volume and make use of this volume instead of throwing into the bin to shape the buttock and get a more feminine procedure. If patients don’t have enough fat in this area, we can of course have resources in other areas but fat removal from this area for the original bodysculpting idea is ideal.
¿De dónde obtenemos la grasa para el aumento de glúteos brasileño?
Lo ideal es obtenerla de lo que llamamos zona 360, lo que significa 360 grados trabajando a lo largo de todo el torso, las zonas inferior y superior del abdomen y las zonas inferior y superior de la espalda.
Ese es el escenario ideal porque el aumento de glúteos brasileño es un procedimiento de intercambio de volumen en el que queremos usar el volumen no deseado en las zonas mencionadas para dar forma a los glúteos y obtener una silueta más femenina.
