El Dr. Quiroga es un Profesional en quien he de decidido confiar. La mayoría de los humanos que practican medicina no deberían hacerlo … la incompetencia, irresponsabilidad, falta de respeto, y empatía son frecuentes. El Dr. Quiroga es una excepción.
