El espacio es asfixiante, el trato correcto tirando a normal. Visita de 10 minutos, cosa que no esperaba yendo como iba pagando. Tuve que repetir, hasta tres veces, al otorrino que con la mascarilla no lo oia, habiendole dicho que tengo una discapacidad auditiva

Te pedimos disculpas por la demora, pero ten en cuenta que ha sido porque pacientes previos necesitaron de una atención más larga para atender a sus necesidades, por ser mayores o niños o por presentar problemas graves o complicados. Casos que requieren de procedimientos y explicaciones más largas para dar cumplida respuesta a su problemática. Siempre nos esforzamos en dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos con el tiempo que cada caso y circunstancia requiera.

40 minutos de espera

Gracias por su aportación. Sentimos su espera; tan sólo comentar que dicho tiempo depende de la complejidad del caso anterior, siendo imposible de predecir con exactitud sin estar atendiendo ya al paciente, así el tiempo necesario puede aumentar en casos complejos (un cáncer pe), ancianos, niños que requieren suma paciencia, urgencias, explicaciones difíciles (una mala noticia pe) etc. Pensemos que en circunstancias equivalentes , y en otra ocasión, usted puede ser la causa del retraso en atender a un paciente posterior. Nosotros siempre empleamos el tiempo necesario que cada circunstancia requiere

Era primera consulta, queda pendiente pruebas diagnosticas en otra fecha y diagnostico doctor en una tercera fecha. trato correcto pero estaría genial si pudieran efectuarse pruebas y visita doctor misma fecha, ya que supone perdida tiempo y coste económico en cada ocasión.

Resulta imposible, por logística, visitar y hacer pruebas a la vez porque requieren de tiempos muy diferentes ( por ejemplo una exploración vestibular computarizada completa puede costar 1 hora). Por otra parte sin visitar al paciente y hacer una primera historia que filie el caso resulta imposible saber qué pruebas son necesarias para el problema en cuestión. Esta petición suya está tan fuera de la realidad de todos los centros médicos del mundo (Seguridades Sociales incluídas) que sería como pedir que tras una primera visita se hiciera ya mismo la analítica o un TAC p.e. Según tal modelo que usted propone, sólo se podría visitar uno o dos pacientes por día, con lo que le eficiencia del sistema se desplomaría a niveles inconcebibles. Pedir cosas irreales, fantasiosas u ocurrentes no deja de ser una gran frivolidad, y más en los tiempos coronavíricos que corren.

He tingut la sensació que em prenen el pel. Vaig per mútua i no he de pagar la visita, però no em sembla bé fer visites i proves innecessàries. He fet 2 visites de menys de 5 minuts. He rebut mes explicacions a la S. S. sobre el meu problema que per aquest "Dr. Especialista" :(

Sentimos que ésta sea su percepción, pero hay casos livianos que no requieren muchas explicaciones y repetir lo dicho sólo por llenar el tiempo de palabras no aporta nada relevante y consume el tiempo necesario que el paciente posterior puede y, de hecho, requiere.
