El consejo que me dio la doctora contradice la guía de la Organización Mundial de la Salud para amamantar hasta al menos los 2 años de edad. También me insultó el médico, que me llamó esclava del bebé porque amamantaba por la noche mi bebé de 8 meses.

La doctora ha tenido un trato pésimo con mi hija de 5 años. La trató mal hasta hacerla llorar y forzó una situación muy incómoda. La humilló y obligó a hacer lo que ella decía por estar en “su territorio” (palabras textuales). Ninguna empatía con los niños. Pasamos muy mal rato.

En general bien, se nota que tiene experiencia y mucho conocimiento. Le pongo una pega: es demasiada información la que aporta, parte de la cual ya la teníamos del hospital y del mes que llevamos como padres. Algunas cosas ni apuntadas eran descifrables. Debería dosificar mejor.

Para ser pediatra me sorprendió el poco conocimiento que tiene tratando a bebés. Me prohibía coger al niño para consolarlo cuando lloraba de nervios, insistiendo que “tiene que aprender a portarse formal”. Estilo militar con el niño. Salí extremadamente angustiada.
