No ha habido experiencia, pues tras pedir la cita en topdoctors llamé para confirmar y me dijeron que no tenía ninguna cita (UN FAENA), no recomendaré pedir cita por aquí, me sentó fatal era importante acudir a esta consulta.

En primer lugar, infórmese adecuadamente, ya que la agenda del hospital no es la agenda de topdoctors, sino que son independientes (si no fuera así, no tendría sentido generar las citas a través de una página diferente). Y además, una de las razones de ser de esta agenda es que se puedan pedir citas antes que por el hospital, al haber menor demanda. Por último, si se le manda un mail confirmando la cita de topdoctors...¿qué sentido tiene seguir queriendo confirmar algo que ya se le ha confirmado? Dicha confirmación precisamente es para que no tengan que estar preguntando en sitios diferentes, que como es lógico, no está registrada su cita.

Mi sensación en la consulta es que quiere terminar cuanto antes. No me ha parecido nada receptivo para escuchar, para preguntarle dudas ni para explicaciones. No dudo que sea un gran profesional pero le falta un poco de empatía que considero muy importante en una consulta.

Disculpe, pero tendrá que plantearse su respuesta a tenor de las que dan el resto de pacientes. Si lee atentamente, tanto desde el punto de vista de resolución de problemas, como en la explicación y el trato personal y humano con los pacientes. Pero de cualquier forma, los sesgos siempre hacen dudar de que la persona que los realiza ha acudido a la consulta, y por supuesto, recomendarle que en otra ocasión, acuda a otro especialista, y que cuando lo haga, pregunte, que si lo hace, seguro que le responderán, como hago yo, aparte de dar las explicaciones correspondientes de su patología proctológica.

Ese papel que le di sirve de receta, por el tipo de medicación prescrita, y porque no suele haber problema con el resto de pacientes a los que se les prescribe (que no son pocos diariamente), habiendo además una firma y un número de colegiado. Además, en lugar de perder la tarde, con acudir de nuevo y comentarlo en la consulta (estoy allí toda la tarde), se habría resuelto el problema, en lugar de perder el tiempo escribiendo comentarios. De todas formas, estos (comentarios) si que sirven para recomendarle que busque otro médico.
