Un gran profesional. Un trato excelente por su parte y parte de todos los empleados. Lo único "negativo" es la espera, habían muchos pacientes pero sinceramente no me importó tras finalizar la cita, con lo bueno que es, es normal que haya tanta gente, la espera merece la pena.

La experiencia nefasta, tras haber pagado por adelantado la consulta de 100€ y una charla de no más de 10 min, (aún siendo un trato correcto y cordial). Salgo totalmente descontenta y enfadada. Principalmente por qué, cual es mi sorpresa que después de haber hablado le pregunto: Me las va a extraer ahora supongo y me comenta que no debido a que tenía una cirugía menor en consulta y un tema estético. Entonces solamente veo q van a sacarte el dinero, así que me voy con 100 € - y un presupuesto para volver y extraérmelas de 150 €. Me siento estafada y ultrajada

La impresion general muy buena, no me gusto que no avia nadie en la entrada y note que cada persona que entraba esperaba un buen rato que alguien la atienda , ósea ni se enteran cuando llega alguien y avia mucho retraso en atender las citas, pero muy bien todo estoy satisfecha.

They are very bad with responding to customers, whatssup, phone, really poor customer service. I am still waiting for a prescription they forgot to give and been calling for 2 days for someone to help out. They only answer when it's their best interest to cash in money.
