Muy amable. Da gusto encontrar un médico tan agradable y que te da confianza para tu tratamiento y para el trato en general. La señorita de recepción en consultas de HM, en Valle Suchill, 3, muy poco profesional. Tres veces desde que llegamos a la consulta y después para darnos cita y concertarnos días para pruebas, teníamos que esperar porque hablaba por teléfono con amistades sin importarle lo que esperaramos varias personas. Ya de por si está mal que solo pongan a una persona en recepción para atender a todos los pacientes que llegamos y que tenemos prisa, sino que le da igual y se toma su tiempo . No tenemos que estar esperando por conversaciones particulares en horas de trabajo, porque tambien tenemos otras cosas que hacer. Espero que esto llegue al Hospital HM, porque también lo voy a poner en su página. Por lo demás, tanto el Dr. Hevia como su enfermera, sin problemas. Gracias por darnos la oportunidad de decirlo.
