Me llamaron con una antelación de menos de 24 horas para anularme la cita.

Estimado paciente, en esa fecha caí enfermo con un cuadro gripal-neumonico, que con el tiempo he entendido que bien pudo haber sido un covid-19. Sentimos mucho el trastorno que le pudo causar, aunque nos cuesta aceptar que este incidente le haga valorar tan negativamente a un profesional.
