No me pareció apropiado la forma de expresar a un chico de 16 años que a los 20 años se queda calvo, de una forma muy poco empatica, sin realizar ninguna prueba. He ido a otro doctor el cual me dice que antes de mandar pastillas hay que hacer un estudio. Muy mal , no volveré

Estimado paciente, jamás le pude decir lo que vd dice, porque no lo hago nunca. La alopecia androgénica es un diagnóstico clínico y su intensidad máxima y el momento en que se alcanza es completamente imprevisible. No hay forma de saber hasta dónde va a evolucionar un paciente si no se trata. Siento que entendiera Vd mal las explicaciones porque nunca le dije que fuera a quedarse sin pelo, como no se lo digo a nadie.

Estimado paciente, por desgracia esto es la tiranía impuesta por las sociedades médicas, tanto a los médicos como a los pacientes. Muchas pólizas low cost, que provocan mucha demanda. Si dejo mucho tiempo por consulta, la lista de espera se dispara por encima de los 3 meses, con el añadido de que entonces los pacientes citados no acuden con el consiguiente perjuicio. Para evitar la lista de espera, una cantidad de citas por tarde no deseable para nadie. Siento mucho su percepción. Un saludo.

Atención básica - no lo recomiendo, a penas me revisó, no recomendó ningún procedimiento, muchos pacientes, poca atención detallada

Estimado paciente, por desgracia esto es la tiranía impuesta por las sociedades médicas, tanto a los médicos como a los pacientes. Muchas pólizas low cost, que provocan mucha demanda. Si dejo mucho tiempo por consulta, la lista de espera se dispara por encima de los 3 meses, con el añadido de que entonces los pacientes citados no acuden con el consiguiente perjuicio. Para evitar la lista de espera, una cantidad de citas por tarde no deseable para nadie. Si además cada paciente consulta por varios motivos, diluyendo aún más el tiempo del que se dispone, da poco tiempo a explicar lo que le pasa y sus soluciones. A pesar de todo hago lo que puedo intentando solucionar y atender cada motivo de consulta de cada paciente, siento mucho su percepción. Un saludo.

Me ofreció un tratamiento muy agresivo con muchos efectos secundarios y no me explicó adecuadamente el impacto que ello podría tener en otros aspectos de mi salud, mucho más relevantes que la psoriasis.

Estimado/a paciente, Vd acudió con un problema ya tratado y con el que no obtenía beneficio. Le ofrecí el siguiente tratamiento en la escalera terapéutica para su patología. No ofrezco nunca ese tratamiento sin previa discusión con el paciente de sus efectos secundarios. Y en este punto, la decisión de seguir o no ese tratamiento tras valorar pros y contras, es del paciente. No tengo ningún problema en aclarar las dudas que le puedan surgir, tanto de ese tratamiento, como de otras alternativas, o de mantener su tratamiento actual, con escasa eficacia hasta el momento y también las consecuencias para su salud general de no seguir un tratamiento más eficaz. Podemos volver a discutirlo en otra consulta, si lo desea. Un saludo.

Estimado paciente, siento mucho que esa fuera su percepción. No todos los casos requieren del mismo tiempo de atención, los hay más o menos claros. De todas formas antes de valorar si puse o no interés, podría esperar a ver el resultado del tratamiento, que en el caso de las alopecias, puede tardar unos meses en verse. Un saludo.
