It is considered micropenis newborn's penis measuring less than 2.6 cm. Normally this condition is often confused with the fake penis micropenis or pseudomicropene or buried.

The penis is buried by an abnormality cause anomalous arrangement of the scrotal skin, it is fixed in the underside of the penis and appears shorter. This condition can affect the sex in adulthood. It is corrected by minor surgery scrotal fold level.
