Bad practice
Malpractice refers to professional liability for negligent acts. Meanwhile, medical malpractice is an act performed poorly by a health care provider that eventually causes injury to the patient. A malpractice can lead to a lawsuit. This must be based on four points: there should be a legal duty on the part of the accused of malpractice, the statutory duty must have been breached, the breach must have caused an injury, damage and there must be (a physical, financial or emotional loss ).
