Lichen sclerosus
Lichen sclerosus is a disease that affects the skin of the genital and anal area. It is more common in women, especially after menopause. The disease initially manifests with small white pustules, which tend to grow over time. In men circumcision is usually recommended, while for women the application of topical creams containing cortisone is recommended. Lichen sclerosus is not contagious.
