whiplash
The whiplash is an injury that occurs in the neck due to the sudden movement hyperextension followed by bending the neck. The patient feels a sharp pain in the neck, shoulders and in the interscapular region, which will limit mobility. You may also have severe headaches, dizziness and tingling in the arms, among others. It usually occurs after a car accident or diving.
