Gynecomastia is a breast reduction surgery practiced to men who have an excess of mammary glands, whether due to hormonal, pharmacological, obesity or drug causes. The operation involves making a small incision around the areola to remove accumulations of fat and glandular breast tissue, achieving a firm and flat chest appearance. If the sinus problem is only an excess of fat tissue, the surgery will be performed through a small incision through liposuction technique, based on the aspiration of fat through a hollow tube attached to a vacuum pump. The scars of this intervention are not visible and the result is totally definitive and satisfactory.
