Job stress is the reaction or response of an individual to situations that occur concern and nervousness at work. The main symptoms that can develop job stress are divided into two groups: cognitive subjective, physiological and motor or observable level. In the first group are the fear, insecurity, difficulty deciding, fear, negative thoughts about oneself and the second sweating, musuclar pressure, palpitations, stomach discomfort, etc. Finally, motor level is to avoid feared situations, smoking, eating or drinking, motor restlessness as repetitive movements like scratching, tratamudear, mourn, etc. Among the solutions to avoid and prevent stress are maintaining a balanced diet, exercise and a good rest.
