The dismetría of the lower limbs occurs when one leg is longer than the other. It may be in whole limb, thigh or foot. When the difference is less than one centimeter is considered normal. However, it may be the case of uneven growth caused by congenital malformations, syndromes, trauma or some disease of childhood.
