Macular degeneration - DMAE

The macula is the part of the eye responsible for providing a clear view. As we grow faculties it loses its function, causing macular degeneration, also known as AMD. This is a fairly common ailment after 60 years and can occur at various levels, resulting imperceptible in some cases.
