Cryosurgery
Cryosurgery is a type of surgery that involves the application of nitrogen on broken skin in order to remove it. The duration of the procedure is short and effective, is performed on an outpatient basis and in most cases does not require anesthesia. It takes place in benign, premalignant lesions and some superficial malignant tumors and affects the lateral and depth of the lesion margins. Following the intervention, the specialist will recommend the application of an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory cream during the first days and a nourishing cream for the first month.
