Insulin pumps

Insulin pumps are small and portable devices the size of a mobile administering insulin 24 hours a day. They are composed of two parts: the infuser, which manages insulin, and the catheter, which connects the pump with the subcutaneous (under the skin). The amount of insulin administered depends on the conditions of each patient.
