Eye Rejuvenation with Thermage and Wires Silhouette

Thermage Eyes

Collagen is a protein that has the anatomical function of determining the plasticity and elasticity of the skin, it is formed by a three-dimensional set of fibrils of very small diameter and each fibril has a helical structure that guarantees elasticity. That is, each one can relax and then return to its origin.

Over time, the force of gravity causes a slow lengthening of the collagen fibers and results in loose and drooping skin.

Against this is the Thermage, which is applied in a single session : the heating of the tissue at a temperature of 55ºC produces an immediate contraction, remodeling and constant and progressive tensioning of the collagen of the skin of the eyelids. Thermage decreases the excess skin of the upper eyelids.

Silhoutte threads

They are yarns with bidirectional cones of polylactic acid that produce by their composition a progressive increase of the remodeling of the collagen that enhances the mechanical traction that the cones generate, managing to lift the tissues preventing the process of sagging.

A small local anesthetic is punctured and the thread inside the skin is inserted with a thin needle.. By pulling the cones they are anchored allowing to tighten and raise the eyebrow.

The tension is obtained thanks to the two cones vectors with opposite direction. Thus, the Silhouette threads cause the elevation of the eyebrows.
