Lifting effect without surgery: Do you focused ultrasound ?
Written by:What are focused ultrasounds?
Focused ultrasound comes from ultrasound such as ultrasound devices. The modern devices manage to focus all the energy of the ultrasound in a point, and thus allow to retract the tissue. Until today it was possible only in body treatment, such as to reduce the volume of fat, but now and for the first time we can also use them for facial treatment and with this we get muscle retraction.
What is the treatment of focused ultrasound?
The treatment consists of a very little invasive technique also known as self-regenerative because it involves applying the ultrasound, exactly about 8,000 shots, in the facial area of the jaw and neck to get some small points that make the muscle retract. It is a treatment that is carried out for approximately twenty to thirty minutes, it does not leave marks and it is only annoying because we notice the ultrasound punch.
In qu e ecto focused ultrasound with other treatments resp difference?
The difference is fundamental. For example, lasers act very superficially on the skin; the radiofrequency aa a medium level, but for the first time and thanks to the focused ultrasound we can act at a deep level, that is, reach the muscle. So far no non-invasive treatment could treat the muscle. It was only possible through a surgical facelift, but now focused ultrasound treatment manages to retract the muscle providing a similar result (not the same) to that of the traditional facelift, but without surgery.
Is the treatment of focused ultrasound safe?
It is absolutely safe. As its name indicates are only ultrasound, no substance is injected. It is a technique that works by self-regeneration and there is no type of invasion. Everything is done at the superficial level of the skin without incisions or surgery. Does not cause allergies or injuries. The only thing: it is annoying and painful, and there may be a residual pain of about two or three days.
what results can be expected?
The results that we can obtain with focused ultrasound are moderate, at no time can be compared with a surgical facelift. With this treatment a retraction of the tissue is achieved, but the tissue is not cut. It represents an improvement that could not be obtained until now, but the results are less evident compared to a traditional surgical facelift.
