Breast augmentation without visible scar

Breast implants are the same as in an operation through the areola or the breast groove. They are cohesive silicone gel and can be round or anatomical (in the form of "tear") and of multiple dimensions that adapt to any width and height of the breast of every woman. The implants are usually placed under the pectoral muscles since the number of complications is smaller than when the implants are placed under the mammary glands. The increase of breast volume through the armpit can be done in all women who have a pure breast hypoplasia, and who do not have chest fall. Post-operative care is identical to any breast augmentation, with the necessary revisions during the first month, and later revisions at 3, 6, and 12 months.
The intervention is performed under general anesthesia, the duration is 20 minutes to 1 hour and requires a night of hospitalization. The four key points are:
1 .- increase in breast volume;
2.- correction of the asymmetries of the breasts (volume, areolas, grooves ...);
3.- simultaneous possibility of breast augmentation, and,
4.- possibility of changing the shape of the breasts.
