Tenía cita a las 18:00. Sala de espera llena. Entré en la consulta a las 19:45. Ví que entraba gente que tenía cita a las 19:00 antes que yo. Hasta que no reclamé en recepción no entré en consulta. Luego el trato del doctor genial y el resto muy bien, pero la espera fue excesiva.

Agradezco mucho su valoración.A veces la espera se debe a que intento hacer todos los tratamientos,intervenciones etc..el mismo dia de la visitapara evitar que los pacientes tengan que venir otro dia a la consulta ,lo que les conlleva una pérdida de tiempo en desplazamientos,espera en la consulta,dejar de acudir al trabajo,etc....

Agradezco muchísimo su valoración.Intento hacerlo lo mejor posible en beneficio de mis pacientes,que es mi prioridad en la consulta.Y muchisimo más contando que la mayoría de pacientes satisfechos no lo comunican.Tan solo lo comunican los que estan descontentos por la espera.De todos modos ya he comentado en otras ocasiones que a veces la demora es porque hago todos los tratamientos el mismo dia de la visita para evitar nuevos desplazamientos,pérdida de tiempo otro dia,etc....

Agradezco mucho su valoración en el trato que ha recibido.El problema de la espera es porque intento hacer todos los tratamientos el mismo dia de la consulta.Piense que si le tengo que hacer una intervención y se la programo para otro dia,a Ud le supone una mayor pérdida de tiempo en la próxima cita contando con el nuevo desplazamiento,pérdida de tiempo en su trabajo y le supone mucho más tiempo que el que se puede esperar en la consulta arreglandolo todo en un solo dia.Atentamente un saludo.

Cuando llegué no tenían la cita correctamente registrada, me acabaron atendiendo 1:20 minutos más tarde. Si bien la consulta fue correcta, no entiendo por qué las enfermeras entran y salen de la consulta sin importar que el paciente está desnudo enmedio de la sala¿es necesario?

A veces hay citas que se hacen directamente a través de Top Doctors que no se nos han comunicado y quizás ésta sea la razón de que no estuviera correctamente registrada.En cuanto a las enfermeras en ocasiones tienen que entrar para notificar alguna cosa.Yo de todos modos cuando alguien se tiene que quitar parte de la ropa(desnudo del todo nunca acostumbro a hacer la exploración)tengo por costumbre cerrar con el pestillo.Lamento, al mismo tiempo que le pido disculpas por ésta incomodación.Por otro lado si según dice la consulta fué correcta como es que tan solo la cataloga con una estrella .En cuanto al estado de las instalaciones todos mis pacientes y visitadores médicos (que ven las consultas de muchos médicos) me felicitan por lo bien que ha quedado después de hacer obras de renovación completa.Quedo a su disposición atentamente.

Me recetó 3 tipos de pastillas diferentes para la caída de cabello, mas 2 tratamientos adicionales, quizás demasiada medicación pero él es facultativo, claro. Lo malo: nos interrumpieron 4 veces 4 personas diferentes (trabajadoras) con consultas de otros pacientes, poco respeto!

Me parece que su opinión no es del todo aceptable.En cuanto a lo que me interrumpieran,yo pido que se evite cuando estoy con un paciente pero a veces es dificil de conseguir.Pongase en el lugar de que Ud me llama para comentarme alguna duda acerca de su tratamiento y yo no le contete porque estoy con otro paciente.Esto para mi es sagrado contestar a TODAS las dudas de cualquier paciente puesto que para mi, mis pacientes ,se merecen todo mi respeto y quiero que tengan claro todo el tratamiento que deben realizar.Por otro lado también le puedo decir que el comentario de 3 estrellas sobre el estado de la consulta lo encuentro dañino puesto que son unas instalaciones totalmente renovadas y estrenadas el dia 1 de septiembre de la cual TODOS los pacientes me comentan que está preciosa.No se que le encuentra de mal Ud.Le puedo prometer que NINGUN paciente me ha dicho que haya algo que no le guste o vea en mal estado.Si Ud. quiere se puede poner en contacto conmigo y le daré mas expliccacio

Llegue y ya me atendieron como si estuviera pidiendo limosna en lugar de una consulta medica. Me hicieron rellenar el papeleo Covid Standard y me enviaron a la sala de espera, despues de 30 minutos me hicieron pasar a la consulta para dejarme alli 50 minutos mas esperando...

Sin comentarios.Lo que le hicieron firmar es para la ley de protección de datos,que como Ud.debería saber se hace en todos los sitios en que Ud.deja sus datos.El que le hagan pasar a la sala de espera también se hace en todas las consultas.

Trato profesional muy bueno, pero tras 15 dias de espera para la cita (puedo entender que esten saturados) esperaba al menos que la gestión fuese rápida. Llamé para avisar que podia ser que llegasé 5 min tarde, que llegué bien, luego espere 40 en sala y 40 en consulta.

Me alegro mucho de que este satisfecho.A veces la espera puede ser porque intentamos resolver los problemas lo antes posible.Si precisa de una intervención,intentamos hacerla el mismo dia y asi evitar volver otro día con otro desplazamiento otra espera y por consiguiente mucha mas pérdida de tiempo

Me alegro mucho de que en la visita todo quedara claro.A veces,para evitar tener que repetir varios desplazamientos a la consulta,intentamos hacer las intervenciones el mismo dia de la consulta con lo cual se ahorra mucho tiempo al paciente que si tiene que venir otro dia le supone una pérdida de tiempo de el doble

Lo siento mucho pero lo de las fichas manuales es lo mejor para o caer en errores ,puesto que todos los datos relevante los puedo poner en rojo y sobresaltados con rotuladoramarillo.(Marcaparos,alteracion de valvulas cardiacas medicaciones anticoagulantes,y un sinfin de etceteras que en ordenador no puedes remarcar y de este modo tengo la historia clinica perfectamente visible.Todo esto es imposible en el ordenador y a mi meinteresa mucho para intentar no cometer errores con mis paciente que para mi son sagrados

A veces la consulta se puede demorar y mas cuando es una semanen la que hay undia festivo como era el 11 de septiembre.Tambien puede demorarse porque procuramos hacer las intevenciones el mismo dia de la consulta con lo que los pacientes se ahorran unnuevo desplazamiento ,que si cuenta el tiempo esmucho mayor puesto que tienen que volverotro dia y si ud cuenta el desplazamiento para ir a la consulta ,la espera y la vuelta a su domicilio,haga cuentas y le saldra que perdera muchisimo mas tiempo.Lamento que se tuviera que esperar pero si analiza lo que le comento vera que sale ganando.Un saludo

Agradezco su comentario al mismo tiempo que me alegro del éxito del tratamiento.Lo único es que tengo muchísimo trabajo y para evitar largas listas de espera,procuro hacer las intervenciones que puedan surgir,el mismo dia de la consulta y asi evitar que el paciente tenga que venir varias veces.Ello puede comportar mas espera aunque al final ahorra tiempo en evitar desplazamiento..
