Nos citaron rápido y atendieron sin demoras. Después de 1,5 año de infinitas consultas y pruebas clínicas sin ningún resultado, a mi hijo de 14 años, el doctor puso el diagnóstico. Nos recomendó el plan de actuación. Es muy tranquilizador de poder contactarle entre las consultas.

He acudido a 1° consulta, todo muy deprisa y no me dejaba explicarme , hay cosas que no constan en mi expediente, luego le pedí un volante que no me había dado y me mandó mi expediente con una prueba que no era mía. Todo muy raro. No sé si volver. Lastima de 150 euros

Acudió usted 15 minutos tarde de la hora programada. Usted no sabía contestarme sobre sus antecedentes personales y medicación. Su acompañante que tenia su documentación medica, acudió 20 minutos tarde, después de aparcar.. Su falta de puntualidad y perjudica a su propia atención y a la otros usuarios. A pesar de ello, personalmente no se le hice ningún comentario sobre su desconsideración. Y, Nuestro personal, bajo al portal del edificio para ayudarla a subir, mediante una plataforma para su mayor comodidad. Desconcierta usted con su reseña y Está claro, que el servicio y la atención que usted precisa debe de buscarla en otro lado. Además tiene usted mala memoria, nuestra tarifa y lo que usted pago son 140€.

Hay actitudes que conllevan dar una imagen como la ha descrita. Pacientes, que solicitan una 2ª opinión y confunden “Falta de humildad”, con opinión diagnóstica propia, y que NO tiene por qué ser MEJOR que la dada anteriormente por otros colegas. No puede haber cercanía cuando se toma distancia de la opinión y consejos dados. Mi opinión y consejos van encaminados a mejorar su salud y seguridad. Después de los míos y los de otros, usted es la que debe tomar las decisiones para su salud.
