debido a un problema de transporte y después de media hora de espera, me dijeron que debía esperarme aprox una hora lo cual me fué imposible por horario de tren

Suelo viajar en tren desde Barcelona a Girona y ese día el tren se retrasó más de dos horas por una avería. Siento las molestias causadas ajenas a mi voluntad. Puede solicitar mi consulta otro día si lo desea
