Delayed ejaculation
Delayed ejaculation in the vagina or anejaculation is the delay or total lack of expulsion of semen. The climax or orgasm is the climax of sexual excitement, during which increases the concentration of blood in the genitals, muscles contract erogenous zones and sexual tension is released. In man accompanies generally ejaculation. Sometimes, abnormal orgasm, i.e., delay or absence of orgasm, persistently or recurrently occur following a normal sexual excitement phase. The most common clinical form of male orgasmic disorder is delayed ejaculation in the vagina, and the most serious, anejaculation, which is the total lack of expulsion of semen. This dysfunction can appear both during sex with a partner as during masturbation, and the causes are often more psychological (anxiety, pressure) physical (spinal cord injuries, neurological diseases).
