Apexification

The apicoformation involves treatment of an immature tooth, the root has not fully formed. That is, the tooth is in necrotic state with nerve involvement. It is caused by some trauma or decay. The treatment is based on cleaning the nerve to the end of the root and fill it with calcium hydroxide.
