New liposuction technique, more effective and less tissue damage

Other surgeons use the traditional technique of liposuction to remove the accumulations of fat that are accumulated in different parts of the body. Remember that this is not a technique to lose weight but only to remove unwanted fatty deposits.

We use another type of technique that is less aggressive and with better results because we can extract more fat with less tissue damage. That is, we introduce cannulas that are finished in a kind of basket or basket and with it we make a separation of all the fatty tissue from the surrounding tissues, mainly respecting blood vessels and nerve endings.

Once we have finished this first phase without aspirating, we introduce a cannula for aspiration and remove this fat that is already separated. Once convinced that the area is treated, what we do is redistribute the fat that will remain within the aspirated area. And finally we apply an endo laser terminal, which producing heat over time will produce a heating of the entire area and an adequate retraction of the skin.

We believe that this system, written in its acronym in English SAFE or Safe, is a technique that will provide much better results to all those cases of patients who come wanting to lose weight in the area where unfortunately this adipose tissue has accumulated.
