Digital dermoscopy:the technique to control our lunar

melanocytic nevi are a very frequent reason for consultation in our pediatric dermatology consultations. The first thing you have to be clear all parents is that melanoma is truly exceptional in these very early stages of life. And yet today, for lesions that are atypical, we have a novel technique that is the digital dermoscopy. The digital dermoscopy is a magnifier this to a computer and allows us to see very closely all these moon in these patients and also adulthood. So we can monitor any changes that occur in them and raise the option of extirpation if those changes are suggestive of malignancy.
