Dental implants Technical CSP (Surgery Without Points)
Implant dentistry techniques have evolved in recent years. The process of implant placement CSP technique or surgery No Points involves making a small hole in the gingiva, through which a bed is prepared in the bone and the implant is placed where. It is a simple process, as long as the patient has sufficient bone and expert in oral implantology and Dentistry has sufficient skill in the art. Furthermore, it should also be provided a three-dimensional image of the bone where the implant is placed.

Once the patient comes to the consultation, it takes a TAC-scanner. On the three-dimensional image implant placement is planned. The images obtained with CT are highly accurate, allowing the dentist to place the implant in the optimal position, unopened in excess gum to check the condition of the bone. Thus the implant is placed with great confidence, since the case has been previously planned, concocting a surgical splint that will guide the ideal implant placement.
Once decided the process to be followed, the patient is placed implant. Then it must wait for a period of 2 to 3 months to achieve full osseointegration of the implant to the bone. That is when the final crown is placed.
In the following example the results of a patient who wanted fixed teeth throughout the mouth are observed. After several extractions of pieces in poor condition a fixed full mouth rehabilitation with dental implants placed, with guided surgery bladeless or Surgery No Points.
